2Off balance sheet arrangements
The guidance notes state "If tangible assets are entered a note must be provided containing the cost at the start of the accounting period together with any depreciation during the period." This is our first trading year - at the start we had tangible assets of £3224.06, and spent another £5600.96 on new tangible assets over the trading period, with devaluation of £2,084.47 over the period. I hope this is the correct place to relay this information as it is not clear.

Additionally, we are a Company Limited by Guarantee with no shares and no employees, as a not for profit voluntary community association
