1.	General information

The company is limited by members capital and is incorporated in England and Wales. The Company's registered office and it's principle place of business is 5th Floor 19 York Street, Manchester, United Kingdom, M2 3BA. The Company number is 02871675.

2.Accounting policies

2.1

Basis of preparation of financial statements

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention unless otherwise specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with FRS 102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland' and the requirements of the Companies Act 2006. The disclosure requirements of Section 1A of FRS 102 have been applied other than where additional disclosure is required to show a true and fair view.

3.	Controlling party

The immediate parent undertaking is COH Commercial Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales, as a result of its 100% ownership of the voting share capital of the Company. The ultimate controlling party is COH Holdings Limited.
