2Off balance sheet arrangements
Hencotes Management Company Ltd is a very small micro company consisting of the owner-occupiers (freeholders) of the 3 flats in a building. The management company was originally set up to manage any shared external repairs and maintenance to the building. The owners of the 3 flats are also the Directors of Hencotes Management Company Ltd.

The account has been dormant for many years, but on 01/10/2025, at the behest of two replacement Directors, a savings account was opened with Newcastle Building Society to save an annual small amount of money towards shared maintenance and repairs costs eg gutter cleaning. The amount is the equivalent of £10.00 per owner/Director as is being paid as follows:

Amanda Hunter = £120.00
Karen Clark = £120.00
Patricia Clynes = £10.00 per month

Total in Newcastle Building Society account to 30/11/2025 = £281.33

No other income or trading has been done by Hencotes Management Company Ltd.
