Additional information
The company's tangible assets are its houses which are the main source of revenue. Mortgage interest costs comprise the larger part of company outgoings however, during this financial period, two of our properties required significant damp proof work and redecorations. There were also void periods while this work was carried out. The costs of the works together with loss of income due to the void periods meant that the company made a loss by the end of the period.
