The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 1 (previous period: 1).
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
GOING CONCERN At the financial year end, the Company's liabilities exceeded its assets. The Director is the principle creditor and continues to support the Company for the foreseeable future therefore the financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis.
Additional Disclosures
CREDITORS Included within creditors is an amount of £220,753 due to The Cotswold Star Group Ltd. The balance relates to an intercompany loan with a company under common directorship. During the financial year the creditor company entered liquidation. As at the balance sheet date, no confirmation has been received from the liquidator regarding the settlement or release of this balance. The balance remains outstanding and has been recognised as a creditor at the reporting date.
