Creative Allsorts NE CIC are dedicated to inspiring creativity and providing high-quality performing arts opportunities for young people aged 3-18 across the North East. During the financial year, the company delivered a wide range of activities including performing arts workshops, holiday activity clubs, and community events, all designed to develop skills in acting, singing, dancing, and creative expression. In addition to regular classes and workshops, Creative Allsorts NE CIC ran inclusive programmes that supported children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring that all young people had access to the benefits of the arts. The company also developed new educational resources and creative programmes, offering scholarships and bursaries to remove barriers to participation. The impact on the community has been significant. By providing opportunities for personal development, confidence-building, and social interaction, the company has helped young people explore their creativity in a safe and supportive environment. Families have benefited from structured, enjoyable activities that engage children in meaningful learning experiences, while local venues and performers have been supported through collaborations and partnerships. All profits generated by the company are reinvested to enhance future programmes, extend community outreach, and ensure continued access to creative opportunities for all.
No consultation with stakeholders
During the financial year, directors Reece Sibbald, Rebecca Lightburn and Rebecca Sweet received remuneration totalling £43715.42. This remuneration was paid in accordance with the company’s articles and CIC regulations and is disclosed in the statutory accounts. No additional benefits in kind were provided.
