    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Turnover policy

    Creative Allsorts NE CIC recognises turnover as the total income earned from its activities during the financial year, including workshop and class fees, grants, donations, and any other operational income. Turnover is recorded when services have been provided or goods delivered, and there is a reasonable expectation of payment. All income is measured at the fair value of consideration received, net of VAT and any discounts, rebates, or refunds.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

Creative Allsorts NE CIC are dedicated to inspiring creativity and providing high-quality performing arts opportunities for young people aged 3-18 across the North East. During the financial year, the company delivered a wide range of activities including performing arts workshops, holiday activity clubs, and community events, all designed to develop skills in acting, singing, dancing, and creative expression. In addition to regular classes and workshops, Creative Allsorts NE CIC ran inclusive programmes that supported children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring that all young people had access to the benefits of the arts.
