These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 0 (previous period: 0).
Additional Disclosures
During the preparation of the financial statements for the year ended 31 October 2024, the directors identified errors in the previously filed financial statements for the year ended 31 October 2023. The comparative figures have been corrected to reflect the proper accounting treatment of these items. The adjustment has affected the previously reported profit for the year and the balances of assets, liabilities and equity. The directors consider that these corrections are necessary to ensure that the financial statements are prepared in accordance with FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.
