1. Company information

The Company is a private company limited by shares and is incorporated in the United Kingdom and registered in Scotland (Company no. SC371350). The address of its registered office is The Old Manse, Bourtie, Inverurie, AB51 0JS, United Kingdom.

In 2025 the director made the decision that the Company would cease trading. As a result the financial statements have been prepared on a basis other than going concern. The director has included in the financial statements any provision for future costs of terminating the business, which were committed to at the balance sheet date and where appropriate the Company's assets have been written down to their net realisable value.

Advances

At 1 February 2024, the director owed the company £93,467. During the year, the company paid advances to the director of £278,748 and the director repaid the company £167,059. The balance due to the company by the director at 31 January 2025 was £205,156. There are no fixed repayment terms and the loan is interest free.
