In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, I have prepared for your approval the financial statements of ONSHORE LEASEHOLD ACCOUNTANCY LTD for the year ended 31st January 2025 which comprise the statement of financial position and related notes from the company's accounting records and from information and explanations you have given me.
As a practising member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants , I am subject to its ethical and other professional requirements which are detailed at http://www.accaglobal.com/en/member/ professional-standards/ rules-standards/acca-rulebook.html.
This report is made solely to the board of directors of ONSHORE LEASEHOLD ACCOUNTANCY LTD, as a body, in accordance with the terms of my engagement letter dated 25th November 2025. My work has been undertaken solely to prepare for your approval the financial statements of ONSHORE LEASEHOLD ACCOUNTANCY LTD and state those matters that we have agreed to state to the board of directors of ONSHORE LEASEHOLD ACCOUNTANCY LTD as a body, in this report in accordance with the requirements of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants as detailed at https://www.accaglobal.com/content/dam/ACCA_Global/Technical/fact/tf-163-jan-24.pdf. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than ONSHORE LEASEHOLD ACCOUNTANCY LTD and its board of directors as a body for my work or for this report.

Share capital
The company's share capital has been amended as a prior year adjustment to correctly reflect the nominal value of the shares. The share capital was previously shown as £20, however, the nominal value of the shares is 10p each and there are 20 called up fully paid shares in issue.
4.
Dividends paid
The company paid dividends totalling £63,640 (2024 £82,840) during the year. The serving directors received dividends. In 2024 the accounts showed £55,840 as dividends paid, however the actual amount paid totalled £82,840. The additional amount of £27,000 was treated as an adjustment to retained earnings. The comparative figures shown on the 2025 accounts have been corrected to show the full amount paid.
For the year ending 31 January 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors responsiblities:

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
