1 Statutory information

2 Directors' advances, credit and guarantees
The company was owed £94,866 by director Colin Peacock at the balance sheet date (2024 - £82,945). The director paid interest at the official rate on the balance to the company. The loan was fully repaid to the company by Colin Peacock after the year end.
3 Average number of employees
During the year the average number of employees was 1 (2024: 1).
For the year ending 31 May 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
