A charge has been granted over the company's freehold property in favour of United Trust Bank Limited, as security for a bank loan provided to an associated company, Millbank Homes (Chalfont) Ltd. The company has not received any consideration or benefit in respect of this arrangement.

Since the year end a receiver was appointment by United Trust Bank Limited due to the charge over the property. The associated company, Millbank Homes (Chalfont), are realising their assets with the expected proceeds being used to repay the bank loan in full, at which point the receiver's appointment will conclude,

No further liabilities are expected to arise for the company as a result of the charge.
