Company activities and impact

The objects of the Company are to carry on activities which benefit the community and in particular (without limitation) to owning and operating multi, mixed used buildings/public spaces in or around Newquay which will benefit residents, small businesses; the community/ voluntary groups of Newquay. In preparation of working towards taking over/ purchasing community buildings, NOP has sought to produce an Arts and Culture Strategy to support this aim. The community including artists and performers were contacted to take part. The resulting document is now forming the basis of our search for premises and the mean to finance such.
