Loan to director
During the year under review the company advanced £52,767 (net) (2024: £28,337) to the director. The maximum amount outstanding during the year was £136,259. The amount outstanding on 31 March 2025 was £89,472 (2024: £36,706). This loan is to be repaid before 31 January 2026.
The company charged the director interest at the Official rate of interest (2.25%) totalling £1,404 (2024: £210) on this loan. |

| The director is satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006. |

The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
