1 Statutory information

2 Guarantees and other financial commitments
At 31/07/2025 there is a loan outstanding to Tutbury Private Medical Clinic Ltd for the amount of £2,178. The director is a PSC of this company and has stated that this loan will be written off in due course.
3 Average number of employees

For the year ending 31 July 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
