Connecting All Communities - Impactful Activities and Trips Report 2024-2025 Connecting All Communities is a nonprofit community interest company dedicated to fostering unity, support, and inclusivity within the Borough of Hackney. Through a range of activities and initiatives, the organisation aims to empower and uplift individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. Activities and Trips: 1. Moreover, CAC actively collaborates with local supermarkets to rescue unsold produce, forming fresh vegetables, fruits, and bakery items, which are then redistributed to those in need within the Hackney community. This initiative runs from a rented facility in Hackney for centralised distribution. Notably, this project has played a pivotal role in supporting the residents of Hackney during the pandemic and has proven sustained success since its start. 2.
