Company activities and impact

The company created many opportunities for young and first time filmmakers through short film, music video and other media production. We produced projects all over local communities, from small villages to towns and always tried to get local people involved in the projects. We prioritise working with younger and first time crew to help develop their skills and take them to the next level. This way they're more suited for other project roles or they continue to work with us closely and grow. Diversity within our cast and crews is also a big priority for us, on screen and behind the camera. We also offer an internship each year which gives someone the chance to learn not just on set practical roles but the inner workings of an indie production company.

Consultation with stakeholders

The company's stakeholders are our core team, cast & crew and clients. These are primarily people based within Lincolnshire and Greater Manchester, although we do collaborate all around the country. The company holds quarterly full team meetings to discuss the company as a whole and reflect on the company, projects and implementing larger changes moving forward. We also hold meetings with the team and cast & crew after each project to evaluate the production and hear feedback. These are a mix of in person and remote meetings. On each production we make clear who the lead team member is so if needed anyone can give feedback and suggestions in real time. After many projects we also hold feedback and reflection meetings with clients to hear their point of view on the company and production.
