Personal income Dividends are includes in the expenses as the tax on these will be declared on my self assessment form and paid as my personal income . Software used for keeping accounts is " freshbooks" and was provided to my by Barclays bank .figures entered are taken from the profit and loss statement and the balance sheet for the period 01/05/2024 to 30/04/2025.
