Principal activities of the company

The company was incorporated on 05 April 2007. The principal activity of the company is to administer and maintain the common parts of Larks Place, Dereham, Norfolk. The shares were allotted to each resident on 21 January 2011. The company is a non-profit making organisation with service charges levied to cover the administrative expenses incurred.
