For the year ending 30 April 2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

Company activities and impact

Warrior Within Alternative Learning CIC remained fully dormant throughout the reporting period. No trading took place, no workshops or programmes were delivered, and the CIC generated no income or expenditure other than permitted statutory filing fees. As previously stated in the company’s formation documents, the CIC exists to benefit disadvantaged and vulnerable members of the local and regional community of South Wales, including (but not limited to): children with learning difficulties or behavioural issues differently-abled individuals looked-after children young offenders young adults with mental health challenges individuals affected by drug or alcohol addiction those who are unemployed veterans and members of public services These remain the intended beneficiary groups, even though no activities occurred during this dormant period.
