Additional information
During the year, Cebtec Ltd made significant progress, including: Moving to a new online sales platform to enhance customer experience, stability, and operational efficiency. Implementing proprietary programmatic intelligent automation across multiple areas, primarily for automatic mass valuations of products. This system not only improves pricing accuracy, but also provides a strategic foundation for future operations, enabling the company to efficiently acquire and analyse market pricing data to support growth in future financial years. Developing strategies to analyse competitor offerings programmatically, which optimises pricing, stock acquisition, and opens up the ability to generate additional revenue through commission affiliate arrangements. Future Developments Expanding dedicated online e-commerce outlets to reach targeted markets, including schools and medical institutions, controlled programmatically with a heavy focus on automation. Increasing automation for product valuations to improve accuracy and expand scope of product type with a larger dataset to provide programmatic valuations, with the view to becoming a leader in technology valuations which can be used to attract additional long-term customers. Continuing reverse commerce strategies for sustainable stock acquisition. Principal Risks and Uncertainties and Their Mitigations Supply risk: Developing multiple supplier relationships using reverse commerce to ensure stock availability. Technological risk: Continuous monitoring and updating of e-commerce platforms and automation systems to ensure operational reliability. Competition risk: Leveraging proprietary algorithms to optimise pricing, stock acquisition, and generate revenue through affiliate commission structures.
