Balance sheet statements

    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Other accounting policies

    Incoming Resources from Non-Exchange Transactions Non-exchange transactions include, but are not limited to, donations (of cash, goods, and services) and legacies. Transactions that do not impose specified future performance-related conditions are recognised in income when the resources are received or receivable. Transactions that do impose specified future performance-related conditions are recognised in income only when the performance-related conditions are satisfied. When resources are received or receivable before the performance-related conditions are satisfied, a liability is recognised.

Company activities and impact

During the reporting period, the company delivered monthly prayer gatherings and held a residential retreat in August for men, women and children. These activities were carried out in furtherance of the company’s community interest objectives to encourage, empower and equip individuals to develop holistically and to support spiritual growth and wellbeing. The monthly prayer gatherings created regular opportunities for community members to come together, reducing social isolation and strengthening relationships. The August retreat provided structured time away from daily pressures, enabling participants to reflect, learn and reset. Together, these activities supported personal growth, strengthened family and community bonds, and contributed to improved emotional and spiritual wellbeing within the community.

Consultation with stakeholders

Eleuthera International has developed strategic partnerships during the year to further its aims. One of its partners, His Hands on Earth, is a Christian organisation that supports the missions of other ministries through financial partnerships. By providing funding, they help these organisations fulfil their God-given visions, expand their outreach, and impact their communities meaningfully. It should be noted that His Hands on Earth has no influence on the decision-making or activities of Eleuthera International CIC.
