Consultation with stakeholders

The company's stakeholders are the local residents and visitors to The Grove DIY. The directors of the company are also included in this demographic as residents of neighbouring South London boroughs and regular visitors to GDIY, and have consulted with stakeholders through in-person conversations regarding what new facilities people would like to see as well as how to improve and maintain the space. Often the facilities that we provide are influenced in the design stage by consultation with visitors to the space. We also engage in consultation through online comments and private messages on social media, which is an open forum for our community to engage with and criticise our work.
