During the year the company made loan advances of £174,747 to its directors Mr S Humphrey and Mrs S Humphrey. The directors made loan repayments of 108,656. At 31st May 2025 the outstanding balance was £79,365 (2024 - £12,100). Interest of £1,174 was charged by the company at a rate of 2.25% & 3.75% on the amounts advanced to the directors in the current year. The loan is repayable on demand.
