I have applied to dissolve the company 19/01/2026 but the company has offered nutrition sessions and cooking sessions for families within the community. The company has not received any funding in the last year but has used up the last of the funding in the bank to achieve this. The sessions are based on healthier living and reducing obesity in families.
No consultation with stakeholders
No remuneration was received
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
