Company activities and impact

During the financial year, the company delivered community cycling activities for women in North and Mid Wales, including coaching sessions and led rides. These activities provided inclusive and accessible opportunities for women to participate in cycling, supporting confidence, wellbeing and social connection within the community. The company also supported the training and upskilling of female volunteers to enable the delivery of these activities, in line with the company’s community interest objectives.

Consultation with stakeholders

The company’s stakeholders include its members, volunteers and women participating in its cycling activities in North and Mid Wales. The company consults regularly with members and volunteers through informal discussions, online communication and a members’ social media group. In addition, the company carried out a survey in autumn 2025 to gather feedback on winter cycling activities and priorities from both members and non-members. Feedback from these consultations has informed the focus and timing of the company’s activities and helped shape its current programme in line with the needs and interests of participants.
