The magazine is funded by revenue from advertisements, a grant from Dauntsey parish Council, and from donations, All services (production, editing and distribution) are provided free of charge by local volunteers, but the printing is outsourced and is paid for from revenue from advertising, the grant, and donations. The magazine included reports of the Parish Council meetings, reports and notices of forthcoming events from local clubs, the Church and Brinkworth Earl Danby School. It has alerted the community via its Facebook page to local road closures for repairs of potholes or work to be done by Wessex Water. Communications within the parish of Dauntsey have been enhanced and cohesion within the various scattered settlements in the parish has been promoted. The work done by volunteers promotes a sense of community. The Facebook page allows dissemination of news and important announcements between editions. The magazine also has a webpage on the village website.
The stakeholders are the residents of Dauntsey and surrounding area and the local businesses which advertise in the magazine.
