1.	Accounting Policies Basis of accounting The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the FRS 105 Financial Reporting Standard for Micro Entities (effective January 2016).

2.	Average number of employees Average number of employees during the year were 2 (2025: 2).

3.	Directors advances credit note At 28th February 2026 the director owed Resolve Business Consulting Limited £50 (£21.30 was owed to the director at 28th February 2025). The loan is interest-free, unsecured and has no set repayment terms.
