1.	Accounting Policies Basis of accounting The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the FRS 105 Financial Reporting Standard for Micro Entities (effective January 2016).

2.	Average number of employees Average number of employees during the year was 1 (2024: 1).

3.	Director's Adavnaces Credits As at the Year End, 30/09/2025, the director Leigh Marsh owed the Company £1000. This loan is unsecured, has no set repayment terms, and is not interest bearing.
