1. Employee numbers

The average number of persons employed by the company during the year amounted to 3 (2024: 3 ).

2. Director's advances, credits and guarantees

As at 30 September 2025 the company owed the Director Mr S Galbraith £ 0 (2024 £ 7,295 )

For the year ending 30 September 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Director's responsibilities:
