(1) General information
St Martins Coffee Shop Ltd ("the company") is a private company limited by shares and is registered in England and Wales. The address of the registered office is St. Martin In The Fields Church, 136 Green Lane, Finham, Coventry, CV3 6EA.

The company is a trading subsidiary of St Martin-in-the-Fields, Finham, Coventry ("St Martin's, Finham"), a registered charity in England and Wales (Charity number 1133962). Shares in the company are held on trust on behalf of the Parochial Church Council of St Martin's, Finham.

The directors of the company regard the Parochial Church Council of St Martin's, Finham as the immediate and ultimate parent undertaking.

The directors pursue the independent interests of the company not withstanding their separate responsibilities in St Martin's, Finham.

Profits from the company are transferred by gift aid payment to St Martin's, Finham.

(2) Directors advances, credit and guarantees
There were no directors advances at the current year end. During the prior period, one director held share capital not paid for. This amounted to £1.00 and was fully paid on 06 February 2025.
Overdrawn

St Martins Coffee Shop Ltd is a wholly owned trading subsidiary of St Martin-in-the-Fields, Finham, Coventry ("St Martin's, Finham"). Three members of St Martin's, Finham are directors of St Martins Coffee Shop Ltd.

During the year, St Martins Coffee Shop Ltd paid the following amounts to St Martin's, Finham:

- Rent: £1,800 (PY: £1,650)
- Contribution towards light, power and heating: £4,500 (PY: £4,950)
- Gift aid distribution: £4,772 (£2,000 transferred in the year, followed by £2,772 accrued at year end and transfered on 21 April 2026) (PY: £8,857)
For the year ending 31/12/2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
