Reporting period
This is the company's first set of financial statements, which covers the period from the date of incorporation to 30 June 2025. The accounting period was lengthened to a 14 month period to align with the business activities of the company.

Directors' transactions
As at 30 June 2025 the company had a balance due from the director of £46,694. During the period interest of £959 was charged on this balance. Interest was charged at a rate of 2.25%. During the period the company paid expenses on behalf of the director of £46,694.

Related party transactions
During the period a loan was issued to the company by a connected company under mutual control. As at 30 June 2025 the company owed £949,523 to the connected company in respect of this loan. During the period interest of £39,512 has been charged on this balance at a rate of 5%. This balance is repayable on demand.
During the period, a connected company under mutual control paid invoices totalling £6,727 on behalf of the company, resulting in a balance outstanding as at 30 June 2025 of £6,727. This balance is interest free and repayable on demand.

On 6 September 2024, the company purchased a property to be held for rental income.
The investment property is measured at historical cost in accordance with FRS 105 Section 12, which prohibits the use of fair value or revaluation. Cost includes all directly attributable purchase costs. The property is not depreciated but is reviewed for indicators of impairment at each reporting date.
AO24 Management Limited is a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office is 71 Queen Victoria Street, London, EC4V 4BE.
For the period ended 30 June 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
The member has not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the period in question in accordance with section 476.
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime', and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
The director of the company has elected not to include a copy of the income statement within the financial statements.true
