1 Statutory information
Spice Bros Brighton Limited is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 15822238. The registered office is Spice Bros, 16-18 Preston Road, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 4QF, England.
2 Directors' advances, credit and guarantees
At 31 July 2025 the company owed its director £85,000 and this is included in creditors.
The company is dependent upon the financial support of its directors. In the opinion of the director this support will continue and therefore it is considered appropriate to prepare these accounts on the going concern basis.
3 Average number of employees
During the period the average number of employees was 10.
For the period ending 31 July 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
