The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

The financial statements are prepared in sterling which is the functional currency of the company and have been rounded to the nearest pound.

Going concern

The company's largest debt is owed to a partnership of which the Director is a partner. The Director has confirmed that this debt will not be recalled at short notice and only as and when funds permit.
