Directors advances, credits and guarantees
The director owes the company £254,463 which was cleared within nine months of the year end.
For the year ending 30 April 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors responsiblities:
