2 Directors' advances, credit and guarantees
The liability of any member is limited to £1, being the amount that each member undertakes to contribute to the assets of the company on it being wound up.
3 Guarantees and other financial commitments
The company does not derive any turnover. It acts as a property management company in respect of the common parts of a residential development. During the year to 31 July 2025, service charge contributions of £3,361 became payable by property owners. These funds are held by the company as agent on behalf of the property owners and are not recognised as income. Funds were transferred to the company’s bank account . Additional contributions relating to further property sales will be recognised in the 2025–26 accounts.

For the year ending 31 July 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
