During the financial year, the company has delivered significant community benefit through the provision of accessible, inclusive health and wellbeing services. Billy’s Gym & Wellness Centre (BGWC) has continued to support individuals and families across the local community by offering a safe, structured environment that integrates physical activity with mental health support. Our programmes have been particularly focused on children and young people, including those with additional needs such as autism, anxiety, and neurodiversity, helping to improve confidence, emotional regulation, and overall wellbeing. We have worked in collaboration with local organisations and referral pathways, including NHS linked services and community partners, to provide early intervention and preventative support. This has included structured programmes, group sessions, and 1 to 1 support where needed, ensuring that individuals who may otherwise face barriers to accessing services are supported. The organisation has also prioritised inclusivity and affordability, offering low cost and, in majority of cases, free sessions to ensure accessibility regardless of financial circumstances. Community engagement has remained central to our approach, with ongoing communication with families, schools, and various other community organisations. In addition, BGWC has contributed to community cohesion by creating a positive, supportive space that brings people together, reduces social isolation, and promotes healthier lifestyles. Our work has supported not only physical health outcomes but also mental resilience, confidence building, and long-term behaviour change. Overall, the company’s activities have provided meaningful social value, addressing gaps in local provision and delivering measurable impact on the wellbeing of the community we serve.
