Basis of preparation
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro- entities Regime.
2.
Financial commitments, guarantees and contingencies
The bank loans are secured creditors and amounted to £86,131 (2024: £84,266). The company has entered into a deed of charge and granted a legal mortgage, dated 18 April 2024, in favour of The Mortgage Works (UK) Plc. A legal mortgage is in place over the company's property, together with fixed charges over the company's assets.

For the year ending 31 July 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
