The company delivered educational workshops and group sessions for young people, focusing on mental health awareness, emotional resilience, confidence building, and coping strategies. These sessions helped young people better understand their emotions, reduce stigma around mental health, and develop practical tools to manage challenges. By supporting early intervention and prevention, the company contributed to improved wellbeing and reduced pressure on schools, families and local services. Workshops were also delivered for parents and carers, equipping them with knowledge and practical skills to recognise signs of poor mental health and support their children effectively. This strengthened family relationships and increased confidence in managing mental health at home, helping to create more supportive and stable environments for young people.
