Notwithstanding the negative shareholder's funds, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. Management do not intend to liquidate the company, or to cease trading, and believe that there is an alternative to doing so. Management have taken into account all information available about the future including the 12 months from authorisation of the balance sheet.
