GLAM Multimedia Ministries CIC carried out a range of activities during the financial year that benefited the community. The organisation delivered community outreach programmes including regular gatherings support meetings and informal counselling sessions. These activities provided a safe space for individuals experiencing loneliness stress or emotional challenges to connect with others and receive support. The organisation also used digital media platforms including online radio and social content to share messages on mental health awareness personal development and spiritual growth. This helped reach a wider audience including people who could not attend physical events. In addition GLAM Multimedia Ministries CIC supported individuals through wellbeing discussions and guidance which encouraged people to seek help and improved emotional resilience. The organisation also provided volunteering opportunities in media production and event coordination helping individuals build confidence skills and work experience. Through its activities the organisation has helped reduce social isolation improved wellbeing and strengthened community connections. It has also supported vulnerable individuals by offering encouragement guidance and signposting to relevant services.
During the financial year GLAM Multimedia Ministries CIC carried out ongoing consultation with stakeholders including beneficiaries volunteers community members and partner organisations. Consultation took place through regular community meetings outreach events and informal discussions where participants were encouraged to share their experiences and needs. Feedback was also gathered during counselling and support sessions which provided insight into the challenges faced by individuals particularly in relation to mental health social isolation and personal wellbeing. Volunteers were consulted through team meetings and one to one conversations to review activities and identify areas for improvement. Their feedback helped shape the planning and delivery of programmes especially in media production and community engagement. The organisation also engaged with local partners and supporters through discussions and collaborative activities to ensure services remained relevant and responsive to community needs. As a result of this consultation the organisation improved its programmes by increasing focus on mental health awareness expanding digital engagement and strengthening support for vulnerable individuals.
