Company activities and impact

The company benefits our local community by supporting young people in Norwich and surrounding areas that have specialist educational needs and disabilities including mental health challenges. This includes weekly one-to-one sessions following referrals from: - YMCA Norwich and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services - Norfolk County Council and the Norfolk Adoption Service - The Snug Norwich CIC website - Just One Number Our sessions our child-centred, trauma informed, creative, compassionate and playful, and involve movement through yoga practices, and mindfulness and breathing techniques, to help young people to identify ways to self-regulate, and understand their feelings and emotions.

Consultation with stakeholders

The company’s main stakeholders are the young people and families we support, YMCA Norwich, and Norfolk County Council/The Norfolk Adoption Service. We regularly obtain feedback from parents and young people to ensure we are delivery the best possible service and outcomes from our sessions, and also meet with and feedback to the organisations who refer people to us.

Directors' remuneration

The aggregate amount of emoluments paid to or receivable by directors in respect of qualifying services was £23,777. There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the remuneration of directors, or compensation for director’s loss of office, which require to be disclosed.
