This year the company has started to run Holiday Activities and Food. These benefit children in the area from deprived backgrounds. They can access our beautiful site, learn about nature and animals and we make sure they have a hot lunch. This employs 5 people and will grow to employ 7. We have been running a gardening club for families, they help with the gardening, while the children can play with the animals, they get a hot meal and when our veg has grown they can take it home. This employs 1 person. We run a subsidised club for children with Special Educational Needs and Social, Emotional and Mental Health concerns. They access the site and free flow. This employs 2 people. We have run a group for toddlers and parents. They see the animals, play in the woodland and leave about nature. They have a drink and a snack. The parents have a drink and a snack and a chance to chat to each other in a peaceful place. This employs 2 people. We have run a club after school once a week in the summer to meet and care for the goats. The children have a snack. This employs 1 person.
