Company activities and impact

Wild by Nature Explorers CIC is a nature-based programme, where trained practitioners nurture learner-led exploration through nature-discovery, therapeutic services, promoting meaningful outdoor experiences and creating positive life-long impacts guided by the 6 Forest School Principles. Wellbeing is the foundation of out practice, through recognising the social, emotional and physical needs of participants and communities. Through creating learner inspired experiences based on exploration and discovery, we recognise opportunities to mentor holistic growth in the long term. In developing the community through increasing out young people's positive experiences in nature, we nurture a culture based on collaboration and of embracing challenge, so that we can allow for blossoming of character, resilience, empathy and a greater sense of connection with nature for our shared future.

Consultation with stakeholders

The company's stakeholders are the children and young adults who use our services along with their parents/care givers and educational institutions who engage our services. Consultation with our stakeholders comes from informal feed back about the quality and value of our offering

Directors' remuneration

Directors are directly responsible for the delivery of Wild by Nature Explorers CIC sessions. Directors are paid as "Forest School Practitioner" and receive the industry average rate for the delivery of sessions. The aggregate amount charged for these services was £10,029.
