The company ran workshops and social activities regularly. Nature walks and Meditation - In various parks and nature areas around London, people with epilepsy and their support attended walks which sometimes ended with meditation at the end. Art Therapy - At both indoor and outdoor locations, materials were provided for creative expression through art. Creative writing - Similar to art therapy, the opportunity was provided for people to express themsleves through writing. Social events - Activities were organised for people with epilepsy to meet socially, for example at a games bar. All of the above were to help this community to overcome the negative effects of isolation and the stress of living with epilepsy. They reported happiness and relief from the day to day anxiety of having epilepsy.
