1. General Information
Kingsridge Residents Association Limited is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 01690884 . The registered office is 4 Kingsridge, London, SW19 6LG.
The company's principal activity in the year under review was that of the management of the common areas of the estate known as 1-6 Kingsridge and 59-73 Albert Drive, Wimbeldon, SW19. It is the directors' intention to maintain the subscriptions at a level sufficient to cover the expenses included in running the estate and administering the company.

Income comprises subscriptions from members, being residents of the estate, to meet the opearting expenses of the Association.

For the year ending 31 December 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
