Basis of preparing the financial statements
Government grants
| Government grants received are have been treated as revenue income and assessed for tax purposes as per the grant requirements, CJRS and Furlough payments have been recognised in the accounts seperatly to show a true and fair view of income received. Grants have not been off set in any way and are clear on the accounts. |
Operating during a Global Pandemic
| The Company was forced to close its premises as most non essential retail were required by law, staff were |
| furloughed. All staff have returned to work since the Non Essential Retail were allowed to open. |
