We are also training up new teachers on the Wellcomm Foundation Level Speech & Language Training. We have raised money for charities: Crackerjacks, McMillian, and Shelter Box these through sponsored events, include dressing up, making cakes, and scooting around the park. We are a member of Leap Natural thinkers, and the children have been planting the vegetable garden with help from Myatt’s Field community green house, who provide us with plugs. The children have enjoyed two visits to St Luke’s LSO Under 5’s Productions. The children plant out the flowers for the central front flower bed outside the main entrance and attend premieres of theatre and opera productions at the hall. We are training up one of our parents in an apprenticeship role for a NVQ3’s in childcare, and another member of staff up to a Level 3.
