| Turnover represents the sale of properties. |
| Tangible fixed assets |
| All properties are revalued annually and the aggregate surplus or deficit is transferred to a revaluation reserve.The directors consider that this policy results in the accounts giving a true and fair view. |
| Taxation |
| Taxation for the year comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the Income Statement, except to the extent that it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity. |
| Current or deferred taxation assets and liabilities are not discounted. |
| Current tax is recognised at the amount of tax payable using the tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the balance sheet date. |

| Other creditors consists of an amount of £123,838 due to Open Property Finance Limited , an amount of £30,820 due to Open Trading Limited and an amount of £5800 due to Move Places Limited.. All three companies of which Mr Harris-Cohen, Mr Cove and Mrs Cove are directors and shareholders. |
| During the year the company purchased properties at market value amounting to £319,109 from Open Trading Limited. |
