3. Group Accounts Not Prepared

The company is a subsidiary of Real Outcomes Group Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales.

The directors of Real Outcomes Group Limited have taken advantage of the exemption under section 399 of the Companies Act 2006 from the requirement to prepare consolidated financial statements, on the grounds that the company and its subsidiary undertakings are small.

Accordingly, group accounts have not been prepared.

For the year ending 30 September 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
