Going concern Included in creditors due within one year is £544,781 owed to the director, RM Attree. The loan is unsecured, interest free and repayable on demand. However, there are no plans to call in this loan in the 12 months foreseeable future. The directors therefore consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.
